These states have CARB compliance regulations for fuel containers and the regular Wedco Jerrycans do not meet these standards, so this is the only jerrycan we can sell you. The CARB compliant jerrycan comes with a CARB compliant spout and is red in color to meet DOT regulations for gasoline containers, and is marked on the side of the can just like a regular jerrycan.
