Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with any regular-priced item, you may return it, in re-saleable condition, within 15 days from date of purchase for a refund or replacement. We will credit original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Merchandise form is provided on the back of your invoice/packing slip or may be downloaded below. A restocking fee may be applied if we accrue such a charge from the distributor or manufacturer as well as if we may have to re-package a returned accessory. Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed.
Not all items will be returned to us, so please be sure to contact us to obtain a Retunr Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If you purchased an item from us, but we dropshipped it directly from the manufacturer or distributor, the item will be sent back to that manufacturer, should you want to return the accessory.
